When is The Wonder Years going to come out on DVD? That was the greatest show ever created. I remember the entire family would sit in front of the TV and watch that show together. How could the show be bad? I mean one of the characters names was Winnie Cooper! Kevin Arnold was the cutest little boy in the world and Wayne perfectly captured the essence of what having an older brother is like(Love you, Jefe!). I was so excited when Nick at Nite was playing reruns, but then that stopped! I'm thinking about writing a letter to somebody to express my needs for The Wonder Years to be brought back into my life.

In other news, in the college world Halloween has officially begun! Rachel and my friend, Amy, works at Olive Garden and one of her coworkers was having a party in Cerritos so Rachel and I decided to tag along for the drunken fiesta. I drank way too much and on the way home I made Rachel stop at In & Out so I could go running out of the car to pee. I have honestly never had to pee that bad before. I thought I was going to pee my pants and had Rachel not stopped I would have done that! So here's some pictures!

Half of my costume is in Chico with Tara so this past weekend I had to deal with only having half a costume. I guess I'm a she-devil. I had the horns from last year and I bought some wings because I'm cheap and don't want to be spending a lot on a costume that I will most likely never wear again.

Rachel was Marilyn Monroe. We tried to recreate her famous picture. Not quite there, but close enough.

Rachel and I driving off to Cerritos!

This is what it would look like when Marilyn Monroe would drive a car.

Rachel and me at the party!

Amy was a firewoman. Lots of cleavage!

Here's all three of us. Half of my head is missing because Rachel's wig was so big!!

The quote of the night was, "Polyester hair just got in my eye! I'm going to die!"

Another one of my favorite moments was when some lameass boy that I had just met made a joke about my name and I said, "I'd take two steps backwards because I'm going to kick you in the balls." I then proceeded to glare and make mean comments to him for the rest of the night. Don't fuck with short women. We hold our own.

This weekend was another fun-tastic event! Busy, but good. Friday was the big event. Rachel has been talking about how she wants to get another tattoo this past week so we went out to check out the places and actually ended up getting her one. Being the good roommate that I am, I held her hand the entire time. I don't know if I'll ever end up getting a tattoo, outlook not so good.

So then on Saturday it was ladies night out. I met up with Kara, Katie, Nicole, and Janelle, who I have not seen in forever! We mosied on down to the good ol' Irvine Spectrum and had some burgers at Red Robin. Then headed back to Garden Grove and began the drinking part of the night which involved wine and fireworks. Wine makes me quite fiesty I realized!

The ladies!

Sunday night my other group of friends and I went to Knott's Scary Farm. It was a good time and get this, the EX came. It was relatively pain free. My favorite moment of the night was when Wes and I were sitting down waiting for the rest of the group to get done going on a ride(Wes gets motion sickness easily so he won't go on rides) when a random young boy comes up to us and says, "Are you two together?" Wes and I both said, "No, we're friends," and the kid then proceeds to ask, "So when are you gonna ask her out?" Wow! And this had to happen to me with the one boy I REALLY don't want to happen to me with! It ended up being fine though and I think he had a good time.

In other news, the rain is here!! It feels like Christmas and I've already started celebrating! I went to Starbucks and got hot chocolate and my Frank Sinatra CD is already playing in my car! I love the holidays and thank God winter is here!!

So this past week has been mania. MANIA! I have worked a total of 30 hours. I have completed 5 midterms and somehow I have maintained SOMEWHAT of a social life. My favorite part of all this chaos is that it occurred during the week that I decided to quit drinking soda! Yes, people, I am on day 7 and I'm still going strong! Amidst all this chaos, I have been dealing with the chaos of my room. My apartment complex is installing washers and dryers in our apartment and by our apartment, I mean in my closet! My entire closet is on my floor.
See Here:

Can you tell how happy I am that my lovely clothes are all on my floor? Oh it is bliss trying to find clothes when you are half awake and having to dig through piles upon piles of clothes!

Moving on. I never got the chance to post about last weekend, which was the big weekend. Since most of you read my sister's blog, you've already gotten the jist of it, but I will show you more pictures and won't be referring to my friends and me as a "gaggle of girls!" So it was my roommate, Rachel's 21st birthday on the 24th and since she went to Vegas that weekend, we decided the weekend of the 1st would be the big LA bash! We started out with a little bit of shopping at the Beverly Center.
Here is what I purchased!

I think I now have about 100 pairs of Steve Madden shoes. It is horrible, but I just can't NOT get a pair when I'm in there and this time I got two!!

Jenna, Me, Juliette, and Rachel(The birthday girl!) Right before we head off to Justin Timberlake's restaurant, Chi!

Back from the restaurant, in our pjs, and ready to start some drinking games!

Jenna is a little overenthusiastic!

Giving Jenna some justice and showing how cute she actually is before this next picture! haha!

Jenna is what one likes to call " a bit of a freak," but we love her nonetheless!

We finished off a bottle of vodka that night, needless to say our drinks were sometimes a little bit strong!

Today was the last game of the 2005 season for the San Francisco Giants and may also be the last game that my favorite player in the entire world, my boy, my pride and joy, the greatest man in the entire world, the man that this blog is named after, the one and only JT Snow will ever play. I am so glad that I wasn't at that game because I would have been a total wreck. I think I would have cried the entire game.

It is players like JT that make me love baseball and make me realize how great it really is. He is just a great guy all around and he was one of the few players in the league that actually played for the love of the game. It wasn't about money or winning or sponsors, it was about baseball. He was loyal to the Giants and it is a sad day in baseball since they are losing him.

You know JT is a great guy because he was able to do what so few people do, replace a legend. Before JT, our first baseman was Will "The Thrill" Clark. Will Clark was a godsend. He was and still is a legend and JT was able to come into San Francisco and win over every single Giants fan's heart. He is an amazing guy and we will all miss him. I'll miss his high socks. I'll miss watching him dive into the seats to catch a foul ball. I'll miss watching him chew his gum and blow bubbles the size of his head and then they pop and splat across his face and then he has to sit there and pick it off his face for the rest of the inning. I'll miss seeing the great guy standing on first with his black streaks under his eyes punching his glove waiting for the next play to occur. Everytime September comes around I will miss watching JT's hitting soar because that's what he does when it's September. He always was amazing when it really mattered. I'll never forget the 2002 season when he hit over .420 to get us to the World Series and I will never ever forget every single one of his amazing hits and home runs and catches that he made for us throughout the past 9 amazing years that he has played for us. I love you, JT and you will always be the best first baseman to ever play the game in my eyes. You will be missed.
