When I was in Redding this past weekend for my own little Thanksgiving with my parents I saw a bear! I lived in Redding for 15 years in the middle of nowhere and I never saw a bear. Usually when I get out of my car at night at my parent's house I am scared a mountain lion is going to be around to eat me, but now I have to be afraid of bears! Plus, I had just watched Grizzly Man so I was not feeling very secure when the bear ran in front of my car and up the hill towards my parent's house! I survived, but I will now be parking my car at my parent's front door when I go home.

In other news...at work the other day I got onto the subject of Arrested Development with one of my coworkers which then lead to a conversation about how great Michael Cera is. She then told me about this amazing show on the internet with him called Clark and Michael. It is wonderful. I watched all 10 episodes today. It is sorta kinda an early version of Superbad. It's about two best friends that are trying to sell their Pilot in Hollywood. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in need of a laugh.
